Our insider tip for parents
with little ones
When your youngest is peacefully asleep in the stroller and you finally have time to take in the mountain views, you realise just how relaxing a holiday can be. May, June, September and October are particularly lovely months for travelling with a baby or toddler:
- mild temperatures – ideal for walks and days outdoors
- a quieter pace – fewer visitors, less waiting and more time to enjoy
- nature at its best – from flowering meadows in spring to colourful autumn landscapes
- better value – attractive rates outside the peak holiday periods

First splashes & poolside moments
A splash in the water can be one of the best parts of a summer day. Our heated outdoor pool is open from May to October – perfect for first swimming experiences, a refreshing dip or simply spending a relaxed afternoon by the water.
Between swims, the sunny lawn is a lovely place to unwind while enjoying the surrounding views. And if you’re in the mood for even more water fun, admission to Wasserwelt Wagrain is free for our guests, with baby pools, slides and indoor swimming areas. Therme Amadé is also just a 15-minute drive away.
