Just to be sure

The long awaited summer or winter holiday in the Salzburger Land is not far away anymore. Suddenly something unexpected happens which makes it impossible for you to go on holiday. Which cancellations terms are then valid?

Cancellation terms valid for

all regular rates

Up to 30 days before your stay there are no cancellation costs at all.
From 30 days to arrival or in the case of a no-show 90% of the booked arrangment will be charged.

Cancellation terms valid for

all non refundable rates

No free of charge cancellation possible.
In the case of a cancellation, change in the booking or non arrival (no-show) the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Special conditions valid for

all bookings

If there would be covid-19 caused problems you could cancel for free until 2 days before arrival if one of the following reasons appear.

compulsory quarantine measures in your home country after returning from Austria
closed borders

We recommend to take out the special Covid-19 insurance of the „Europäische Travel Insurance“
They cover additionally to classic cancellation reasons like illness, accidents and many more also possible covid caused reasons like positive last minute PCR-tests, if you are in quarantine and many more.
